Are you passionate with a commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience? Our client is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in menu development, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. We are seeking an individual who shares our love for food, embraces creativity, and has exceptional culinary skills.
Our client offers a 57 seat restaurant, bar area, function room, imposing courtyard and 20 boutique-style bedrooms.
Open daily from 8am we serve a seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menu in our elegant dining room with open kitchen. Whether you're tempted to try one of our many dishes cooked to order on our charcoal-fuelled Josper grill, or a Neapolitan pizza, freshly prepared by one of our trained pizzaiolos and cooked in our wood-fired oven, you'll find we use fresh produce and quality ingredients, traceable from farm to fork.
